Opening the CHM Help File: Action Canceled

When opening the CHM help file downloaded from DayPilot website you may see the following error message:

Action canceled

Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.

Solution

It is necessary to uncheck "Always ask before opening this file" in the security dialog when opening the file. It might be necessary to do it as administrator.
